  • Märzen

    Another name for Oktoberfest beer, this is a stronger and hoppier lager with a prominent grainy malt character, traditionally made in the spring (Märzen is German for March).


  • Mash

    A mash is the ground malt and hot water that begins the brewing process. The mash is filtered to create wort, the sweet liquid that is fermented by yeast to make beer!


  • Maibock

    A strong German lager typically brewed for springtime, this golden beer is traditionally both bright, and moderately hoppy.
